比利時籍學人Lin Goethals（谷琳）女士於7月3日報到，她是比利時根特大學博士候選人，研究主題為「The Instrumentalism of Higher Education Cooperation and Mobility in the External Relations of the European Union and its Member States: The EU-ROC Case」，研究期間為106年7月至12月，在臺駐點機構為臺灣歐洲聯盟中心。
