印度籍學人Manjeet Pardesi博士於10月17日報到，他是澳洲威靈頓維多利亞大學講師，研究主題為「Exploring the Synergies Between India's "Act East" Policy and Taiwan's "New Southbound Policy"」，研究期間為106年10月至12月，在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
