菲律賓籍學人Jorge Villamor Tigno博士於107年01月02日報到，他是菲律賓大學(University of the Philippines)政治學系的教授，研究主題為「Being Global Locally: Perspectives and Programs for Foreigners in Selected Localities in Taiwan」。研究期間為107年01月至07月。在臺駐點機構為文藻外語大學國際事務學系。
