If I am currently receiving another scholarship or grant from another government body, public or private university, or other academic institution, can I still apply for the Taiwan Fellowship? May I apply for a National Science Research Council project or any other fellowships during my research time in Taiwan?

Point 3.B of the guidelines states that those who are currently conducting research, teaching, or studying in Taiwan are ineligible for the Taiwan Fellowship. Also point 8.C of the guidelines states that during the period of the Fellowship, the recipients are not allowed to receive any scholarships granted by other governmental agencies, or public or private academic institutions and schools based in Taiwan.
