Visiting scholar Dr. Nikolay Anisimtsev has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 08, 2018. He is a Russian scholar who is a research fellow at the Institution of Far Eastern Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Anisimtsev's research period in Taiwan is from January to December, 2018, at the College of Law, National Taiwan University. His research topic is "“Civil Law of ROC: its history and current state".
