Visiting scholar, Prof. Herman Joseph Santos Kraft, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 06, 2018. He is a Philippine scholar who is an associate professor at the Department of Political Science, University of the Philippines.
Prof. Kraft's research period in Taiwan is from February to June, 2018, at the Center for Southeast Asian Studies, National Sun Yat-sen University. His research topic is "Human Rights in ASEAN and its significance to Taiwan’s Southbound Policy".
