Visiting scholar, Dr. Tan Teng Phee, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 02, 2018. He is a Malaysian independent scholar.
Dr. Tan's research period in Taiwan is from April to December, 2018, at the the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences (RCHSS), Academia Sinica. His research topic is “The Tongmenghui, Consulate-Generals of the Republic of China, and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce: Impacts on Chinese Society in Singapore (1900–1950)”.
