Visiting scholar, Dr. Pham, Thi Hong Diep, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 10, 2018. She is a Vietnamese scholar who is an associate professor at Vietnam National University, Vietnam.
Dr. Pham's research period in Taiwan is from April to September, 2018, at the Center For IOT Innovation, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Her research topic is “The development of Taiwan’s social welfare system from 1980 to 2015 and implications for Vietnam”.
