Visiting scholar, Dr. Matos, Rosa Nancy, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on August 13, 2018. She is a Peruvian scholar who is an Associate Professor at Esan University, Peru.
Dr. Matos's research period in Taiwan is from August to December, 2018, at the College of Commerce, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is “Taiwan: National Innovation System, Model to Catch up Science and Technology, Lessons from Latin America”.
