Visiting scholar, Dr. Chin Fei Goh（吳進輝）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 02, 2019. He is a Malaysian scholar who is an assistant professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Dr. Goh's research period in Taiwan is from January to April, 2019, at the School of Nursing, National Yang Ming University. His research topic is “Development of Human Capital Models of the Nursing Workforces in Malaysia and Taiwan”.
