Visiting scholar, Ms. Celine Kerfant, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 24, 2019. She is a French scholar who is doctoral candidate at Rovira i Virgili University and The Catalan Institute of Human Paleoecology and Social Evolution (IPHES), Spain.
Ms. Kerfant's research period in Taiwan is from January to May, 2019, at the Center of Austronesian Culture, National Taitung University, and National Museum of Prehistory. Her research topic is “Ropes and Baskets Made of Banana Fibers: Case Studies from Taiwan and the Philippines”.
