Visiting scholar, Dr. Stephen Shang Tseh Chou（周善策）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 01, 2019. He is an USA scholar who is a researcher at Center for Chinese Language and Culture, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Dr. Chou's research period in Taiwan is from February to December, 2019, at the College of Communication, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “Oppositional Politics in Recent Taiwan”.
