Visiting scholar, Prof. Sergey Vradiy（傅樂吉）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 11, 2019. He is a Russian scholar who is a professor at Institute of History, Archeology & Ethnography of Far-Eastern People Russia Academy of Science Far Eastern Branch.
Prof. Vradiy's research period in Taiwan is from February to December, 2019, at the Institute of Modern History, Academia Sinica. His research topic is “Tuapse Oil Tanker Episode in the History of Taiwan-Russia Relations”.
