Visiting scholar, Dr. Mei-fen Kuo（郭美芬）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 12, 2019. She is an Australian scholar who is researcher at the University of Queensland, Australia.
Dr. Kuo's research period in Taiwan is from February to December, 2019, at the Department of History, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is “Chinese Language Press, Diaspora Diplomacy and Contesting Chinese Australian Identities in the First Half of 20th Century”.
