Visiting scholar, Dr. Andrea Carteny, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 14, 2019. He is an Italian scholar who is an assistant professor at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
Dr. Carteny's research period in Taiwan is from February to May, 2019, at the College of International Affairs, Tamkang University. His research topic is “Rediscovering or Building a Post-Modern Nation? An Attempt to Frame the Taiwan Nation Building Process through a Comparative Approach with Civic Nationalisms”.
