Visiting scholar, Dr. Tadashi Ishikawa（石川匡）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 07, 2019. He is a Japanese scholar who is a post-doctoral researcher at Oregon State University, USA.
Dr. Ishikawa's research period in Taiwan is from March to May, 2019, at the Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica. His research topic is “Geographies of Gender: Competing Ideals, Legal Practice, and the Boundaries of Family and Marriage in Colonial Taiwan.”
