Visiting scholar, Dr. Bi-yu Chang, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 26, 2019. She is a UK scholar who is a professor at the Centre of Taiwan Studies, SOAS, University of London, UK.
Dr. Chang's research period in Taiwan is from March to April and from July to September., 2019, at International Taiwan Studies Center, National Taiwan Normal University. Her research topic is “The Emergence of the 'Tianran Du' (天然獨 Naturally Independent) Generation and Education Reform in 2000 臺灣教育改革與「天然獨」之崛起”
