Visiting scholar, Prof. Julio Cesar Cepeda Ladino, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 03, 2019. He is a Colombian scholar who is a professor at the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia(Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia).
Prof. Cepeda Ladino's research period in Taiwan is from April to December, 2019, at the Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “Latin America and Asia-Pacific at the Beginning of the 21st Century. Social Construction of a Region in the Pacific Rim”
