Visiting scholar, Dr. Andreas Fulda（傅洛達）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 17, 2019. He is a German scholar who is an assistant professor at School of Politics and International Relations, University of Nottingham, UK.
Dr. Fulda's research period in Taiwan is from April to May as well as from August to September, 2019, at the Institute of Political Science, Academia Sinica. His research topic is “Citizen Diplomacy across the Taiwan Straits: Building Positive Relations, One Handshake at a Time?”
