Visiting scholar, Ms. Tran, Thu Minh（陳秋明）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on May 31, 2019. She is a Vietnamese scholar who is a doctoral candidate at Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), Vietnam.
Ms. Tran's research period in Taiwan is from May to August, 2019, at the Center for Chinese Studies, National Central Library. Her research topic is “Promoting Taiwan’s ‘New Southbound Policy’ in the Context of China’s ‘Belt and Road Initiative’”.
