Visiting scholar, Dr. Kim, Taewan（金泰完）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on June 21, 2019. He is a Korean scholar who is an associate professor at Dong-eui University, Korea.
Dr. Kim's research period in Taiwan is from June to August, 2019, at the Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “The Challenges and Opportunities of the ASEAN and the ROC in the Maritime Silk Road Strategy of the ROC”.
