Visiting scholar, Mr. Richard Heydarian（海理查）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on August 15, 2019. He is a Philippines scholar who is a researcher at the Stratbase Albert del Rosario Institute, Philippine.
Mr. Heydarian's research period in Taiwan is from August to December, 2019, at the Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “The New ‘Peking Order’: How Taiwan and the ASEAN are Coping with the Rise of China as the New Regional Hegemon”.
