Visiting scholar, Dr. Aldo Fernando Ponce Ugolini, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 03, 2020. He is a Mexican scholar who is an associate professor at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE), Mexico.
Dr. Ponce Ugolini's research period in Taiwan is from January to June, 2020, at the Department of Political Science, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “The Fate of Dominant Parties and their Political Systems: Comparing the Trajectories of the KMT and the PRI”.
