Visiting scholar, Mr. Hoang Viet, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 07, 2020. He is a Vietnamese scholar who is a senior lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Vietnam.
Mr. Hoang Viet's research period in Taiwan is from January to December, 2020, at the Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University. His research topic is “The Future of the Code of Conduct (COC) for the South China Sea”.
