Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Central Library host the 2021 Presentations of MOFA Taiwan Fellowship Scholars: Stability and Prosperity in the Indo-Pacific Region—Taiwan's Possible Role on May 5th, 2021. The forum is composed of two sections with the topic "Japan-Taiwan Relations in the Indo-Pacific Region" and "Taiwan's Search for a Grand Strategy after US-China Engagement".

Dr. Klement Gu (Direct General of Department of Policy Planning, Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is invited as chairperson, and the forum is attended by over 30 guests, including two speakers: Dr. Madoka Fukuda (Professor, Hosei University) and Mr. Wen-Ti Sung (Lecturer, The Australian National University), and two discussants: Dr. Yujen Kuo (Director, The Center for Japanese Studies; Professor, Institute of China and Asia-Pacific Studies, National Sun Yat-sen University) and Dr. Kuan-Hsiung Wang (Professor, Graduate Institute of Political Science; Dept. of East Asian Studies, National Taiwan Normal University)
