Visiting scholar, Dr. Cha-Hsuan Liu, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on August 1, 2021. She is an Netherlands scholar who is a researcher at Leiden University.
Dr. Liu's research period in Taiwan is from August to October, at National Health Research Institutes. Her research topic is "The Justification and Social Impact of COVID-19 Health Measures - a Comparison of COVID Policies in Taiwan and the Netherlands".
