Visiting scholar, Ms. Anh Linh Luöng has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 13, 2023. She is a Vietnamese scholar who is a Ph.D. student at University of foreign language studies - The University of Da Nang, Vietnam. Ms. Luöng's research period in Taiwan is from January to June, at Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Science, National Taiwan University. Her research topic is "The Implementation Process of Taiwan's New Southbound Policy (NSP) In Southeast Asian Countries".
