Visiting scholar, Professor Mónica Dalila Pozuelos Arriaza has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 17, 2023. She is a Guatemalan scholar who is a Professor at Rafael Landivar University, Guatemala. Prof. Pozuelos Arriaza's research period in Taiwan is from January to June, at Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is "The Republic of China (Taiwan) National Cybersecurity Strategy to develop a solid cyber- diplomacy: How to build a route for Guatemala".
