Visiting scholar, Mr. Raigirdas Boruta (白瑞格) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on February 7, 2023. He is a Lithuanian scholar who is a Ph.D. student at Vilnius University, Lithuania. Mr. Boruta’s research period in Taiwan is from February to December, at Department of Diplomacy; College of International Affairs' Center for Global & Regional Rist Assessment, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Taiwanese Diplomatic Approaches to the Baltic States in the 1990s and the Present: Rationale, Methods and Challenges".
