Visiting scholar, Mr. Adam Jarvis has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 4, 2024. He is an New Zealander scholar who is a Principal Advisor at Palmerston North City Council, New Zealand. Mr. Jarvis's research period in Taiwan is from January to March, at Department of Public Administration and Policy, National Taipei University. His research topic is " The Future of Smart Cities: Lessons from Taiwan for Western Municipalities ".
