Visiting scholar, Dr. Okonicha Ferdinand Ottoh has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 11, 2024. He is a Nigerian scholar who is an associate professor at University of Lagos, Nigeria. Dr. Ottoh's research period in Taiwan is from March to December, at The Department of Political Science, Tunghai University. His research topic is “Sub-National Involvement in Para-Diplomacy: Nigeria and Taiwan in Focus ".
