Visiting scholar, Dr. Pooran Chandra Pandey has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on October 15, 2025. He is an Indian scholar who is an independent scholar professor at the South Asian University, New Delhi, India. Prof. Pandey’s research period in Taiwan is from October to December, at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University. His research topic is "Labour Mobility Pact, 2024 Between Taipei and New Delhi: Potential of Indian Diaspora as a Catalyst for Comprehensive Cooperation in the Region".
