Visiting scholar, Harun Talha Ayanoglu (河潤玄) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on December 30, 2025. He is a Turk scholar who is an independent scholar. Dr. Ayanoglu’s research period in Taiwan is from January to December, at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). His research topic is "Taiwan’s Drone Development and Strategic Asymmetry: Challenges and Solutions".
