Visiting scholar, Valentin Adam Weber has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 6, 2025. He is an Austrian scholar who is a senior researcher at the DGAP German Council on Foreign Relations, Germany. Dr. Weber’s research period in Taiwan is from January to March, at the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). His research topic is "Taiwan’s Resilience in the Face of China’s Cyber Challenge".
