Dr. Prashant Kumar Singh is an Indian scholar who is currently an associate research fellow at Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses (IDSA), New Delhi. His research topic is “Exploring the Potential for Cultural Diplomacy between India and Taiwan” His research period is from September to December, 2014. His host institute in Taiwan is Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University.
