Dr. Liu Guoqing is an Australian scholar who is currently an assistant professor at University of Canberra, Australia. His research topic is “1. A Comparative Study of Trust Laws in Mainland China and in Taiwan; 2 Historical Land Tenure Systems in Mainland China and in Taiwan”. His research period is from September to December, 2014. His host institute in Taiwan is School of Law,Soochow University.
