Center for Chinese Studies, National Central Library and Department of Policy Planning, Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted 2015 Visiting Scholars Year-end Celebration Party on Feb. 10th. About 27 visiting scholars from 14 countries with their families, and staffs from NCL and MOFA attended this luncheon. Happy Chinese New Year to our friends from all over the world!
