Visiting scholar Dr. Jiang Shao has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on Feb. 24, 2016. Mr. Shao is a British scholar who is an independent scholar. His research period is from February to May, 2016. His research topic is "Civil Society and Democratization: Social Movements in Taiwan and Its Neighbours". His host institute in Taiwan is Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica.
