Prof. Oviedo is an Honduras scholar who is currently an associate professor at Universidad Tecnologica de Honduras. His research period is from September to December, 2016. His research topic is "Prospective New Role of Republic of China (Taiwan), as Extra Regional Partner of the Central American Integration System SICA: Challenges and Opportunities".
