Dr. Oleksii Polegkyi is an Ukrainian scholar who is currently a post doctoral researcher at University of Antwerp, Belgium. His research period is from January to August, 2017. His research topic is "In the Shadow of 'Big Brothers': Discourses of Security and Geopolitics in Ukraine and Taiwan." His host institute in Taiwan is Graduate Institute of Russian Studies, National Chengchi University.
