Visiting scholar Prof. Lindsay Black has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on January 19, 2017. Prof. Black is a British scholar who is currently an assistant professor at Leiden University, Nederland. His research period is from January to May, 2017. His research topic is "Going South or Going Sour? The Prospects and Pitfalls of Taiwan's New Regional Strategy." His host institute in Taiwan is Department of Political, National Taiwan University.
