印度籍學人Sumit Kumar於107年01月17日報到，他是印度旁迪切里大學(Pondicherry University)的博士候選人，研究主題為「India-Taiwan Relationship: A Quest for Greater Partnership」，研究期間為107年01月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學亞太研究英語博士學位學程(IDAS)。
