拉脫維亞籍學人Inna Stecenko博士於107年02月09日報到，她是拉脫維亞波羅的海國際學院（Baltic International Academy）的教授，研究主題為「Participation of small and medium – size enterprises in the implementation of the innovation policy of Taiwan」，研究期間為107年02月至07月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學經濟系。
