Visiting scholar, Dr. Takefumi Ukai（鵜飼健史）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 02, 2018. He is a Japanese scholar who is an associate professor at Seinan Gakuin University, Japan.
Dr. Ukai's research period in Taiwan is from April to December, 2018, at the Department of Political Science, National Chengchi University. His research topic is “The Theory of Popular Sovereignty in Taiwan: Its Performativity”.
