布吉納法索籍學人魏薇安（Viviane Bayala）博士於107年05月15日報到，她是布吉納法索非洲公會協會（African Union Association）博士後研究，研究主題為「Western and Chinese Aid Approaches in Africa:Where Does Taiwan Stand?」，研究期間為107年05月至6月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學國際事務與戰略研究所。
