馬來西亞籍學人張運華（Chang, Yun Fah）博士於107年10月02日報到，他是馬來西亞拉曼大學(Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman)助理教授，研究主題為「On the Macroeconomic Determinants of the Housing Price in Taiwan: An Autoregressive Functional Relationship Model」，研究期間為107年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院統計科學研究所。
