紐西蘭籍學人Stuart McLaren 博士於108年02月25日報到，他是紐西蘭梅西大學 ( Massey University ) 研究員，研究主題為「Noise and Acoustics in Early Childhood Education in Taiwan and Effects on the Children Their Teachers」，研究期間為108年02月至12月。在臺駐點機構為高雄醫學大學環境醫學研究中心。
