Visiting scholar, Prof. Yee Whah Chin（甄義華）, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on March 05, 2019. He is a Malaysian scholar who is a professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Prof. Chin's research period in Taiwan is from March to July, 2019, at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Chung Yuan Christian University. His research topic is “Cross Border University and Industry Collaborations between Malaysia and Taiwan.”
