南非籍學人Francis Rangoajane 博士於108年05月28日報到，他是獨立學者，研究主題為「The Impact on Dutch Rule in Taiwan and South Africa on Cultural and Traditional Practices」，研究期間為108年05月至07月、11月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會科學發展中心。
