Visiting scholar, Ms. Sandra Habel, has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on July 26, 2019. She is a German scholar who is a doctoral candidate at the University of Helsinki, Finland & the University of Luxembourg.
Dr. Habel's research period in Taiwan is from August to December, 2019, at the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is “Policy Coherence in ASEAN”.
